when the calendar flips and the temperature dips...

As of 6:29 pm on December 30th, I have ZERO plans. I think that means option A or B for this sleep deprived mamacita.

How about y'all?

Well, option 2 is closest I guess, will stay home and play it by ear. Most likely I'll scrapbook :)

My husband was just commenting today that he has not had the chance to ring in the new year since he met me ten years ago... I am so lame and will go to bed early :)

If it wasn't for the wedding I have to attend so close to midnight I'd stay home in bed..lol

We always stay home, pop popcorn, watch cheesy movies, play board games and as soon as it's midnight - kisses all around and we all toddle off to bed. Such is the life of a suburban family... lol.

We're having a progressive dinner with 4 other families. Going from house to house for drinks and snacks starting at 7:30 at our house, ending somewhere else at midnight.

Swanky soiree, of course, being the party where our friends turn all the clocks back, we blow the horns at 8, then go home and put the kids to bed at a reasonable hour! Tee hee.

I love it that the results showed that I am not alone in not hostessing a party to ring in 2011 (or out 2010)- thank you fella knitters!

Our tradition has become having just a few friends over for dinner and board games (accompanied by knitting, of course). Its so much nicer than searching for something to do every year!

I'm hosting the kiddie sleepover party so that everyone else can go out and have fun. We've watched Despicable Me, played WII, eaten pizza, and set off fireworks. All we need to do is have our sparkling cider toast and go to bed(no, I'm not actually expecting anyone to sleep for a long time yet).
