TIME’S UP! Biggest yarn giveaway… ever!

Time is up! We'll be liveblogging the winners today (Wednesday) around 12:00 noon EST.
Have you seen our Spring Lookbook yet? (Even if you do nothing but flip through and think, "Cool," that will make me happy.)
We are giving away every skein of yarn pictured in the Spring Lookbook. Every single skein. All twenty of them.
This one:

And this one:

And this one:

And all seventeen more. We're not giving away the other stuff in the pictures, just the yarn.
There is no catch. You don't have to buy anything, you don't even have to pay for shipping. All you have to do is enter.
Contest rules: One entry per person. Our blog logs IP addresses, so we can check. Please enter only one time. You cannot be an employee of Three Irish Girls or be related to an employee of Three Irish Girls. (Got that, honey?) Your entry must be received by 4:30 am Eastern time on Wednesday, March 25th. Entries sent after that time will not be included in the contest.
Here's how it works: Reply to this post, answering the question below. You must actually reply to this post, do not email in your answer. (Click on the Read User's Comments link, and scroll down. It will take you to a box where you can reply.) After all the entries have been received, the number of entrants will be divided into 20 groups. One winner will be selected from each of the 20 groups. This is to improve your chances of winning. For example, if there are 100 responses, I will divide everyone into 20 groups. Each group will have five people.
Are you with me? 100 divided by 20= 5. I will then choose one winner from each of the 20 groups. In the scenario I've given, your odds of winning will change from one in 100 to one in five. Or something like that. I'm not a statistician. Just try to trust me, I'm looking out for you here. There will also be one grand prize given away, a winner randomly chosen from among everyone. The grand prize is a $150 gift certificate to be used on anything you like in our store.
TIME IS UP! WINNER'S WILL BE ANNOUNCED AROUND 12:00 EST TODAY (WEDNESDAY). BE SURE AND CHECK BACK, and thank you, everyone. :)GOOD LUCK, AND MAY THE (KNITTING) FORCE BE WITH YOU!

Hmmm. The wee Irish girl in me chooses Kate because she loves pink, brown, and green. Yet the curious girl in me would love to see how a mosaic pattern would work out. I have a summer shrug rolling around in my mind that screams to be made out of either. (I'll share the pattern for the stash club ;)
They are all beautiful, but my favorite has to be Maeve. I think it would make a lovely shawl.
Hmm... very, very, very tough choice! What a beautiful selection to choose from.
I think, though, that I would have to say Kieran is my top pick - we have cold, dreary, damp fall weather here and I think that the bright warmth of Kieran (in a clapotis scarf) would bring light to a dark day.
My favourite of the cool colours is Maura!
Wow! Such a tough decision. I would have to say that my absolute favorite is Niall. I would love to knit a sweater because those colors make my eyes pick up the blue hues and look incredible.
I can't choose just one, and I'll explain why. My youngest daughter is Alana Clare, spelled exactly the same as two of your lovely colorways. What are the odds of that? I would love to have either Alana or Clare, and I would knit my 13-month old a sweater.
oh I love...Erin for socks!
Jack would come and live with me :)
And he would become a pair of NB longies for my bestest friend
BTW all the new colourways are TDF!!!
Of course they are all so gorgeous! I'd say the Devin and I'd make a lacey scarf.
All of the colorways are just beautiful - picking just one is very hard but I would go for Kiernan and make a beautiful scarf or sweater! Thanks for letting us look at all of the beautiful yarns and having the contest!
Niall, because I love the deep blues. And I'd make a simple shawl to show off the colors.
It's all so lovely. Hmm, Jack or Madigan?
Maura just calls out for a jacket, but with one skein I'd make a cowl.
Although there's an argument to be made for just displaying its pretty self in a basket.
Erin, Erin, Erin. Oh how I love thee. You make me think that spring will actually arrive some day soon. I would love to have a little cardigan knit from Erin that I could wear every day and make everyone jealous and wish that they could also wear spring on their shoulders.
I was going to say that I would pick "Niall", because I love Njal's Saga, but I think that really, really I would choose "Grady" because the colors are so neat.
My choice would have to be JACK. Not just because it's my little ones name but I am in love with the colours. As to what I might make with it, it would have to be something for my boy. Sweater maybe. Beautiful photography and yarn. Yummy!!!
Sarah
wow they are all so lovely! I think my favorite is kieran and in the perfect knitting world i would knit a cardigan or maybe a shawl :)
I would love to have either Niall or Erin and as to what I would do with it??? Well like a lot of the yarns that I own that are that beautiful in color and texture...I'd just sit and look at it until the absolute perfect project came up. I currently have 2 skeins of the most gorgeous red in my possession and I just look at it every day, I also touch it quite often, but still (after 5 years) have not found the perfect project. But that is OK, waiting patiently us not a bad thing.
So hard to decide--I love them all! If I had to pick, I'd want Jack for socks or a scarf, Madigan for socks and Clare for a beautiful shawl (I love pink!).
Great job--these are gorgeous!
I'd choose Jack! Greens and oranges are my favorite colors- and the way the skein is styled it look so beachy! Depending on the weight/yardage, i'd love to make a funky Koolhaas, a Beech Wood or Aspen Neck Cowl, or a Ziggy hat! My fingers will be crossed till Wednesday!
After looking at our Spring Lookbook, which colorway would you like to bring home with you?
Niall, definetly, Niall.
In a perfect knitting (crocheting) universe, what would you make with it?
I wouldn't make anything with it. I would bribe, beg, pleade, pay, someone who knows how to knit socks well, to knit me a pair. Mine are either unfinished, or unmatched or just YUCK! I can't knit socks for anything, and i would LOVE LOVE LOVE to have a beautiful pair of handknit socks. Blessings, Kim
It would have to be Erin, and I'd make a shawl for my daughter who could use some snuggly comfot these days.
I love all of them but my fav is FIONN for a scarf
I would pick Kieran and I would make a massive lacey shawl for my Mom's birthday. She loves orange and warm colours, so this would be perfect for her.
She is Irish by the way, does that count for anything?!
in the perfect knitting universe, i'd take jack home with me and have my devilish way knitting an escape from the shackles of student life at uoft...or a v-neck button-up vest with small square pockets...whichever i find a pattern for/acquire the skills for first.
Great photos, all are beautiful! My top favorite is Cameron, it just looks happy to me. Probably make some fancy socks. My other favorite color is Alana.
