TIME’S UP! Biggest yarn giveaway… ever!

Time is up! We'll be liveblogging the winners today (Wednesday) around 12:00 noon EST.
Have you seen our Spring Lookbook yet? (Even if you do nothing but flip through and think, "Cool," that will make me happy.)
We are giving away every skein of yarn pictured in the Spring Lookbook. Every single skein. All twenty of them.
This one:

And this one:

And this one:

And all seventeen more. We're not giving away the other stuff in the pictures, just the yarn.
There is no catch. You don't have to buy anything, you don't even have to pay for shipping. All you have to do is enter.
Contest rules: One entry per person. Our blog logs IP addresses, so we can check. Please enter only one time. You cannot be an employee of Three Irish Girls or be related to an employee of Three Irish Girls. (Got that, honey?) Your entry must be received by 4:30 am Eastern time on Wednesday, March 25th. Entries sent after that time will not be included in the contest.
Here's how it works: Reply to this post, answering the question below. You must actually reply to this post, do not email in your answer. (Click on the Read User's Comments link, and scroll down. It will take you to a box where you can reply.) After all the entries have been received, the number of entrants will be divided into 20 groups. One winner will be selected from each of the 20 groups. This is to improve your chances of winning. For example, if there are 100 responses, I will divide everyone into 20 groups. Each group will have five people.
Are you with me? 100 divided by 20= 5. I will then choose one winner from each of the 20 groups. In the scenario I've given, your odds of winning will change from one in 100 to one in five. Or something like that. I'm not a statistician. Just try to trust me, I'm looking out for you here. There will also be one grand prize given away, a winner randomly chosen from among everyone. The grand prize is a $150 gift certificate to be used on anything you like in our store.
TIME IS UP! WINNER'S WILL BE ANNOUNCED AROUND 12:00 EST TODAY (WEDNESDAY). BE SURE AND CHECK BACK, and thank you, everyone. :)GOOD LUCK, AND MAY THE (KNITTING) FORCE BE WITH YOU!

Oh goodness there's so many choose!
I think my top 2 are Cara and Niall.
Cara is my favorite because it is that very uncommon shade of blue that I am extremely fond of.
And Niall is my favorite because the colors remind me of when I was 6 living in Honolulu. Every weekend, my family would take us to get snowcones and my favorite was grape. In the center where it was poured it was purple and as it spread it turned that blue color from the dye in the juice.
I'd probably make a shawl out of the yarns because it's something I have never done before and would love to do it in a yarn that always draws me back even though I would be frustrated.
My favorite is Kate - we have a baby girl due at the end of the summer and I'd have to have a beautiful layette - longies, booties, and a cute little hat made up with it!
Wow, the book is beautiful! Wow, look at all the replies!!
I would pick "Maeve" and I would knit socks for my own 21 year old daughter, Maeve. (Or perhaps a hat if the gauge was larger.)
Maguire is just begging to be a lacy shawl - so is Erin.
I love the Erin color and think it would make a great looking sweater!!
All of your colors are beautiful and would be a welcome addition to anyone's stash... but Jack and Clare are speaking to me right now. Altho the lovely Keirnan says take me home too. I probably would want to make something for my upcoming baby in July.... hats, booties, a sweater.... too cute!
So many fabulous colorways but I absolutely adore Alana . I would make myself a summery top since I have been knitting for everyone else lately ! ;)
Ooooooooooooooo .... (pant, slobber, drool)
I would choose Grady to make a cropped sweater that I could wear at work.
I would choose Ian for my mother (she loves blue) and make her fingerless mitts (she's been asking for a pair).
I would choose Jack for a sweater for my darling husband (those colors would be so PERFECT for him!). And he'd even WEAR it!!
I would chose Kate to make a little cap-sleeve swing jacket for my oldest niece (she's always cold, but doesn't like bulky sweaters).
What GORGEOUS YARN!!
Very tough choice, Sharon. If I have to pick just one, Kieran would make some lovely socks for my Mom's birthday.
(but just so you know, Maura and Maeve will be some gorgeous socks for me, and I see the most excellent tops and/or cardigans in Devin, Cian and Alana.)
They are all so beautiful! It is so hard to choose just one. But Kate would make a lovely pair of socks! I just can't stop knitting socks.
Since "all of the above" isn't quite the answer you're looking for, I'd say Kieran, Erin, or Devin - cheery colors for the spring and summer - for a (first) lace shawl. :o)
I would choose Niall - the quiet, gentleness of the color really appeals to me. And I would probably make a scarf that would keep me warm during our very cold springs!
And having talked with my statistician husband, he assures me that the odds of winning are exactly the same with or without dividing the entries into groups because your odds are 20 in 100 (in your example) since you are drawing 20 winners. Dividing the group into smaller pools makes your odds 1 in 5 which is the same as 20 in 100. Just thought you would want to know!
i adore the "maura" colourway. i would love to make it into something like the tangled yoke cardigan from interweave knits, but with a smaller amount i'd settle for a small clutch purse or a pair of cabled socks.
I was instantly struck by the beauty of Alana; it reminded me of an Afghan carpet. I thought the yarn would make a fine vest because of the subtle shadings.
My number 1 choice is Maeve! My colourway for sure! I would love to make a short-sleeved sweater with this - would feel so groovy with jeans! My fingers are seriously crossed for this giveaway :)
Tough decision ... they are wonderful.
I think Mauve. It reminds me of spring. Just nice colors together.
One skein? Socks for me.
More than one? a shawl or shrug or cami.
THat is a cruel, cruel choice! I love so many. . . but I think my first choice must be Clare. What a beautiful book!
I would choose Erin - the colors are gorgeous together! I would love to learn how to make socks and would use Erin to do so. I could also see this as a beautiful shawl.
I think I would have to use Clare to make up one of the new Norah volume 4 designs!
Either Alana, to knit a really feminine lacy cowl, or Grady, which would become either a kickass matching hat and arm warmer set or a snugly shrug to throw over a teeshirt when it got cold.
Jack makes me pee myself a little, and of course I'd make socks-you can never have too many socks!! (maybe a cute beret too...hmm.....)
I would choose Kieran to make an afghan because these are the colors of my studio. Or alana to make a shrug because I just love these colors.
I love all the colors, but those two the best.
I'd love to turn Alana into some Marlene socks by Cookie A. That pattern sprang immediately to mind as I saw the yarn.
BTW, I loved your products at the Homespun Yarn Party. The feeding-frenzy like atmosphere totally scared me away, though.
While they're all very lovely and I'd love any of them, in an ideal perfect world I think Madigan would come home with me to be knit up into something yummy like a cowl or scarf...
I would love to bring Clare home with me, and make a shrug for work. The color would make me stand out amongst the "all dressed in black" architects.
